In our coaching and our workshops, you will be able to acquire the necessary knowledge that will enable you to become more successful and find greater personal satisfaction.
In this complex and demanding world, self-management is the key skill you need to succeed and maintain your well-being at work and in your personal life. We offer helpful knowledge on self-management, motivation, stress management, and decision-making through workshops and coaching.
Three steps in self-management
Good resolutions and self-discipline rarely make us change our behavior in the long run. Those who rely solely on reason and willpower often achieve moderate results that cost them a lot of energy and exhaust them over time.
According to self-management with ZRM®, you will proceed in the following way.
- Goal: Clarify what is particularly important in your life at the present time, and develop a goal that is in line with your true nature.
- Attitude: Find and strengthen the right mental attitude to achieve your goal using methods that suit you.
- Behavior: The two first steps ensure that, finally, you can put into practice the desired behavior in your everyday life.
With these three steps, a new behavior can be implemented in a solid and lasting way.
Self-management with ZRM®
The Zurich Resource Model (ZRM®) is a scientific self-management method that has proven its effectiveness in everyday life.
It was developed by Dr. Maya Storch and Dr. Frank Krause at the University of Zurich and is based on the latest findings in motivational psychology and brain research. The effectiveness of the method has been confirmed in over hundred scientific studies.
Thanks to the ZRM®, we offer you a way to better identify your needs and your potential, and to pay attention to them. This method allows you to easily and lastingly reach the goals that you have been unable to achieve until now.
In your coaching, you will work on a topic of your choice, with the goal of either improving your current well-being for example or changing how you act in specific situations. You can benefit from the acquired knowledge in your personal and professional life.
Coaching centered on self-management
The elements of the ZRM® lend themselves perfectly to coaching, bringing a creative and playful dimension to the process. The method takes your unconscious needs into account, ensuring that you do not pursue goals that are not suited to your nature.
Smart self-management means being aware of what is beneficial for you. Through our coaching, you will acquire effective and enjoyable tools to achieve the goals that are important to you. In addition, you will improve your self-confidence.
